So far so good, the only bad thing is the app because it locked my scooter and wouldn't accept my password, so I couldn't unlock it. But I finally got it after three hours of trying to unlock it...it was excellent!..

After contacting customer service which i must say they have a fast response. I was sent a new light to replace it and was offered compensation. Customer service reached back out to me and explained that the light may be to difficult to replace and that there was more than just the light that needed replaced, so they offered me to keep my scooter and increased the compensation amount. However my son really loves this scooter and I really wants the light to work so I asked for a replacement. However they don't get a shipment in until mid Feb. I was offered a full replacement and to keep my existing one. Im pleased with that and accepted to wait to me Feb to get a new scooter. And was shocked they are letting me keep the old one. So far I'm gonna give them a 5 star for all around customer service and a bad experience turning into better than I thought. Ill update in Feb if I receive my new scooter.

Could definitely use turn signals and a brighter tail light but over all a really good scooter. Build quality is relatively good for its price. The tail light is basically useless though.

The ET8 is no joke it’s fast, powerful, and feels built for serious riders. I’ve taken it on both paved roads and dirt paths, and the suspension plus tires make the ride smooth. It climbs hills easily, which is impressive. That said, beginners might find it intimidating because of the speed and weight. I’d recommend starting with a smaller scooter before jumping to this one. Once you get used to it, though, it’s a fantastic machine for daily use and errands.

Perfect for Campus Life — Already Saving Me Time and Money

I bought the ES4 over the summer because I was honestly getting tired of dealing with my car around campus. Finding a parking spot can be a nightmare, especially during busy hours, and between gas prices, parking, and sitting in campus traffic, driving a few minutes to class just doesn't make much sense anymore.

Super pleased with my ES6. Look at the technical deck... I did had one problem package and the service advisor pinpointed the problem quickly. Nice customer service and good quality. I would recommend ECOROAD to anyone as a quality ride!

This scooter exceeded my expectations in every way. 😊 After ten days of riding, I can say the CT1 is worth every penny. The seat and suspension make long rides comfortable, and the motor power is impressive. Battery life easily covers my daily commute.
